When will my order ship? Orders ship when items are in stock. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping method. Just because you select next day air does not mean you will have your order the next day. In this case, your order will ship next day air after all backordered items are in stock.
General Shipping Info: Orders are shipped via the method you choose during checkout. The time indicated by shipping providers does not include processing time, which is usually 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. Just because you order an item and specify Next Day Air does not guarantee you will receive your item the next day. Please call to confirm when your order will ship to determine expected delivery date. Shipping charges are additional charges that are not included in the product price and are calculated for the shipping location you have specified during checkout. All costs, fees, and charges are in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges are typically based on the size and weight of a product. Because of a wide variety of product sizes and weights, these estimated shipping amounts are not always accurate. If needed, the estimated shipping amount will be manually corrected by an Alex Air Apparatus employee during processing.
Oversized/Overweight Packages: The estimated shipping amount given for oversized (like a pike pole) and overweight products during your check out process MAY NOT be correct. Since shipping dimensions on an oversized/overweight item can only be determined during packaging and processing, the shipping cost will be calculated and correctly adjusted by an Alex Air Apparatus employee prior to being shipped. Alex Air Apparatus makes every effort to make shipping charges accurate upon check out. Shipping charges are typically based on the size and weight of a product. Because of a wide variety of product sizes and weights, these estimated shipping amounts are not always accurate. For questions on oversized and overweight shipping, please contact us via e-mail or by phone. There are times where we have to ship via semi due to size or weight which will have an impact on the price of shipping.
Prices: We work very hard to ensure the prices listed on this website are accurate, however, in some cases there are errors and we may not be able to offer the price reflected on the website. If you purchase a product with a price discrepancy, one of our Internet Sales Representatives will contact you to inform you of the correct price and verify your order. At the time of notification, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund if you choose to not accept the price change.
Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogs, click on the item you would like to purchase and place it in the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfill your order. We accept most major credit card payment as well as PayPal.
Order Processing: Orders are usually processed same business day. Orders placed overnight, on weekends or holidays will be processed during the next normal business day.
Parts Availability/Back Orders: All parts numbers on our site are not necessarily in stock at our store. Some items must be ordered. Shipping lead times may very on these products arrive at our store. As soon as they arrive, they will be shipped out to you. Prices of all parts are subject to change without notice. If your item is not in stock, we will place it on order from our supplier. You will be notified via email in 1-2 business days if your item is back ordered/sold out. You will have the option to cancel your order at that time if you do not wish to wait.
Superseded/Replaced by Numbers: In some cases, a part may be replaced or superseded to a new or updated part number. In many of these cases part prices do change from what you see when you placed your order and are changed without notice. If you purchase a product with a price discrepancy, one of our Internet Sales Representatives will contact you to inform you of the correct price and verify your order.
Canceled Orders: If you cancel an order after it has been placed you will be charged a 20% restocking fee even though you did not get the parts. This is in effect immediately after you click the submit button. Make sure you want the parts before you order them! This does not apply to back ordered items that are canceled if they have not been shipped from our supplier to us.
Tax Charges: Sales tax will be applied to all orders unless we have a sales tax exemption form on file
Return Policy: There will be a 20% restocking fee on all items. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
There will be no returns after 30 Days.
